Terms of Business
These terms set out the basis on which Consumer Credit Application provides its services. They do not replace the individual engagement letter agreed for each engagement.
Our services
We provide professional application-preparation and compliance-support services. We are not the Financial Conduct Authority and are not approved, endorsed or appointed by the FCA. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice unless separately agreed in writing.
Fees
Our professional fees are as set out on the pricing page or in the engagement letter, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The applicable FCA application fee is separate and is paid directly to the Financial Conduct Authority.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your business, activities and finance arrangements. The content of your application, and the submission itself, are your responsibility.
No guarantee
Authorisation decisions are made solely by the Financial Conduct Authority. Approval cannot be guaranteed.
Confidentiality
Information you provide is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of delivering the services and meeting legal obligations.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, save where limitation is not permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
